Isn’t this fair use? It’s not commercial- it’s just a little video “present” I made for my wife. I paid for the song via iTunes and made the movie on my computer. It’s only had 48 views, and they want to slap ads on it? How long will it be before they can bumper-sticker your car for listening to “their” content?
